DETOON's content and characters are protected under Vietnam's Intellectual Property Law. This page sets out what you may and may not do with our content. Effective 24 September 2026.

1. Ownership

All comics, characters (Get Go, Luna, Rocco, Tau, Leo), images, scripts, text, logo and design on DETOON are the property of the DETOON operating entity or its licensors, protected by copyright and related intellectual property rights.

2. Permitted personal use

You may view content, share links to articles, and quote briefly with clear attribution to "DETOON" plus a link, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Prohibited actions

• Copying, downloading or re-posting whole images/comics without permission
• Commercially exploiting DETOON content or characters
• Creating derivative works (editing, compositing, printing, selling) from the characters/images without a license
• Removing or covering the logo, signature or copyright marks

4. Requesting permission

To use DETOON content or characters beyond personal use (press, partnership, commercial), please contact us for written permission before use.

5. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on DETOON infringes your rights, please send a notice including: your contact information, a description of the infringed work, the URL of the infringing content, and a statement that the information is accurate. We will review and act in accordance with the law.
