DETOON respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data, in line with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection and related law. Effective 24 September 2026.

1. Data we collect

Data you actively submit: name, email and message when you use our contact form. Automatically collected technical data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed and access times, via server logs and analytics tools (Google Analytics).

2. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to operate and improve the site, respond to your messages, measure traffic in aggregate, and keep the system secure. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in running the service, per Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with technical service providers (analytics, server infrastructure) to the extent needed to operate, or when required by competent authorities under the law.
